The 12-week Program · Enrollment open

Pick a trait. Move it. Twelve weeks. One facet a week. Built on a method tested in a 1,523-person randomized trial.

A 12-week, evidence-based digital coaching program built on PEACH — the first digital coaching program shown to drive significant personality trait change. One trait you care about, ten weeks of guided practice, and a final report that compares Week 1 to Week 12 — quantified.

The shape of twelve weeks

Baseline. Practice. Compare.

Week 1 is observation — we set a baseline without trying to change anything. Weeks 2–11 are training. Week 12 mirrors Week 1, then we integrate what changed.

Labels above show the facet currently set when Emotional Stability is your chosen trait. When you pick another Big Five trait, the program adapts the weekly focus to that trait’s facets.

The day-to-day

Three small moments. One facet. That’s it.

The week is the unit of practice. The day is small: a morning prime, an in-the-moment log, an evening review. Minimum is around five minutes a day.

~ 5 min

Morning Prime

Set intention for the day. One short prompt tied to this week's facet — what to watch for, what to try.

~ 30 sec

In the moment

Tap when something flares — log mood and intensity. The point is to catch the pattern, not fix it on the spot.

5–10 min · Simple or 15–25 min · Deep

Evening Review

Look at the day. Two reflection depths — short or long. Most weeks have one or two deep prompts, the rest are simple.

Scenarios — rehearsal, not performance

Practice the hard moments before you’re in them.

Each scenario sets up a real situation, gives you three rounds of choices, then shows you the consequence of each — and the technique underneath. Every trait path ships its own scenario catalog — the examples on this page are from the Emotional Stability path; your chosen trait gets its own.
